I’m a proud Florida Cracker born and raised in a small farming town right near the Everglades. I went and married a Canuck and now live on the beautiful rolling prairies of Alberta, Canada.
I have a small kitchen, but it’s filled with love and good, down-home food. Just like Ma would make! I mostly cook simple, frugal recipes and am always looking for ways to stretch a dollar.

You remember that some of your grand parents are Florida natives (as you were) and some were Georgia natives. We both enjoy hearing about Alberta and your new home, garden, and kirchen in the north. Hope you meet new people and do interesting things at your new job. We love your new recipes and have tried several of them. MM is famous for left overs so send us any LO suggestions that you have.
